Its an msi h67ma-e45 (b3) that bootloops, I have tried different cpus, ram, psu and I bought a new cmos battery.

The pins looks fine, the mobo has 4 phases and its only 1 phase led that lights up, it does this with or without ram, with our without cpu power cable, there is no beeps at all.

The mobo has worked before and it just stopped, I let it bootloop for 5 hours on a cardboard and yeah still nothing.

It does the same without ram

time for a new mobo i think, the problem is that sometimes such problem in motherboard could affect ram and cpu, if you can test ram on another pc to see if is still good, same for cpu, great, otherwise consider buying all new, cpu, ram and mobo

before jumping to buy parts, did you cleared cmos? removed battery and yried to turn it on without the cr2032 battery?
