hi , do anyone know how to fix the high idling temp ?

my spec are

i5 9600k 4.9 on 1.3v (current setting)

aorus z390 elite

gtx 1080 ti aorus xtreme

dram 16gb 3200mhz

cpu cooling cryorig quadlumi h7 

ambient temp around 33 C measured by using infrared thermometer

fan layout are 3 intake from front and 2 exhaust on top and 1 exhaust from behind the case

case cooler master mb510l

What cooler are you using? Legit the most important factor to temperature ..... Also a what is you current case fan layout.

Idk, depending on your fan curve it is completely normal idle temps.

Normal ambient for tests is 20c, yours is 33c, so that is already +13c.

Your CPU is always at 1.3V, so it doesn't tone down the voltage when it is not needed.

 

I wouldn't worry about it too much, but try creating a much more agressive CPU fan curve, and see if that helps.
