BACKLIGHT BLEED AORUS AD27QD

Good day i have a problem with my new Aorus AD27QD monitor there is a strange artifacts showing when viewing black or dark images . is this normal and can this be fixed or ship it back  ? Thanks

Could be backlight bleed - you can follow the instructions on here to see if it is indeed the case. If it is excessive, it may be grounds for returning the item. If not, you can reduce it by loosening screws on the back (do at your own risk) and rubbing microfiber cloth on affected areas.
