Hey guys,
So I've been trying to set a RAID array with 2 patriot memory inferno 60GBs.
As the Z87 chipset is flaky with SF-1222 Controllers, I have to use the 2 ASMedia controlled ports on my board. Now when I installed the latest driver from MSi website, I A. don't know how to access it so I can set up the array, and B. for some reason in device manager it's in the "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers". The driver manual says it should be in the "SCSI/RAID controllers". I'm on my iPad right now so when I get on my PC I'll post a clip of the manual.

So basically, it says the system is in ATA mode when I want it in RAID mode. Is there a way to change it?

Here is the clip, as promised of how to know what mode your system is running in:

5.from the device manager, look for an named "SCSI/RAID controllers"

-If this entry is present, expand and look for the following controller(s):

  -ASMedia 106x SATA controller

-If the controller above is not show then your system is not running in RAID mode

6.from the device manager, look for an entry named "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"

-If this entry is present, expand and look for the following controllers:

-ASMedia 106x SATA controller (This one is the one I have, I want to switch it to RAID mode.)

EDIT: Anyone know anything?

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
