For preface I’m less than 16 and entering high school following the end of this summer so take this into consideration. For a long time I have been considering building my own PC, but something is bothering me. I have never built a pc and no one in my family has built a pc recently as they are all either MAC users or into laptops. So, my dilemma is I am not sure if I could single handedly build a PC. I figured, considering this forum has been helpful in the past, perhaps, you can help me to come to a conclusion on if I should go on ahead with a build or look for a tutor. Thanks in advance!

P.S: I will also appreciate any pricing advice or general building tips.

Absolutely, almost anyone can build a computer. It's awesome that you're interested in computers, and you absolutely should go ahead and build one, if you feel that you want  to. It's really fun, and also really useful; I'm still in high school as well(ayy high school gang), and learning to build a PC can save a bit of money when you go off to college; you'll know more about PCs and how to put together a cheap one, and how to save money on tech items in general. BTW, if you have any questions about build suggestions just ask around or DM me.

Go check your garage and see if you have a screwdriver.

Then watch these videos

It's not super complicated and with careful planning you can do it easily with no mistakes the first time. When I built my first PC the problems I ran into were forgetting IO shield and getting the stock thermal paste on my sleeve.

If you ask people on here for help they can help you pick out parts for a really low budget too. If you're willing to buy used off ebay or something than you can get a pretty nice deal.
