My cpu light is steady red when I turn on my pc.

When I turn the pc on there is a steady red light near my cpu, there is no beeping and it isn't flashing. It started off with the ram, but I started it with one ram stick then added the other and the light switched to cpu. This is my first pc build, so any help is appreciated. Thx!

Specs:

R5 2600

Gtx 1660 amp

Msi b450m gaming plus

Evga 500w 80 plus psu

16 gb ddr4 3000 mhz ram

Are you talking about the debug led?

In that case, take out the cpu and check for bent pins. If you dare and find any, push them back straight (or return to store for warranty)
