CODMW3 FPS limited to 48fps

No matter what I do the FPS for modern warfare 3 is capped at 48 fps.

Lowering the settings dosent work.

My setup :

Ryzen 3 1300x 

GTX 1050Ti

8GB DDR4

How did you install the game to your PC? Via Steam? Cracked version?

Thought so. Check in the config files for an fps cap and change it to 60 or 120 or 144. You can also try to use a console command during gameplay. Press the ~ key on your keyboard and then type in com_maxfps 0. Replace the 0 with whatever the max Hz your monitor is. If you have a 60 Hz monitor, put 60. If you have a 144 Hz monitor, I recommend 120 in that particular game because any higher and game play may become unstable.
