Will this memory be okay with this heatsink?

Hello, I'm new to the forums and hopefully this is in the right place for this!

 

I'm looking to see if this memory will clear with this heatsink and motherboard, I'm worried about the heatsink blocking the memory so I tried to find something low profile. Here's what I found.

 

 

Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150

Heatsink: Be Quiet! Dark Rock 2 Silentwings CPU Cooler

Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu Black Series 16GB 2X8GB DDR3-1600

 

 

 

If they wont be compatible feel free to suggest some other options, preferably from NCIX and nothing over $100 Canadian Dollars, thank you! (I'd rather not to water cooling)

Thanks, I just wanted some reassurance rather then ending up with parts that wont fit my first build :)
