Bringing a GPU on a plane

hello, i plan on purchasing a new graphics card in another country during my vacation trip and bring it here to canada. Just wondering if i’ll encounter any problems while boarding the plane and returning to canada. Thanks in advance!

Nobody will care you have a video card in your carry-on. If they do, you should point at the laptops everyone else are carrying.

There isn't anything wrong with carrying a graphics card on a plane. Phones and laptops have them too, just obviously smaller.
