Storage Troubleshooting

So I recently installed a WD Black m.2 nvme onto my ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero board and installed a fresh install of windows. I accidentally left my old boot drive installed. After installing and getting to the home screen I noticed I can’t find my old ssd at all. It won’t show up in windows or in the bios. It worked before install, anyone got any ideas or answers?

It's possible Windows may have done something to it during the install. Did you check Device Manager, Disk Management, or DISKPART? Does it show up as a usable unpartitioned disk? If not it may show up in Device Manager as a disabled drive or unknown device.
