Overclocking potential

If I get an 8320 cooled with an H100i whats the most I can get out of it. also whats a good MOBO to pair it up with under $200, planing to use some Ripjaws X Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1866

I was thinking of this one Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+, since it was recommended by a few fellows on a previous post, but I wanna make sure the overclocking is easy...

Also color-matching is not a concern, since the PC is not gonna be showed cased.

Thanks in advance!!!! :)

Lottery is less involved when they take their best binned CPU's and name them higher models... Intel and AMD both do it,.... If the 8320 couldnt make the 8350 title, so I'd guess it's maybe not up to "their" standards for 8350's.

So when your ask how far the 8320 can go, I'd say its OC potential "most likely - bar the lottery"  is lesser than the higher binned 8350.

Dependent of similar Awesome Cooling on each CPU, which would show the real differentiation between the two.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Gigabyte UD3, 4-4.5 and get 2x4GB of RAM instead of 1x8

I know what you mean, but the reason is next I'ma buy a second stick, and still be able to get to 32GB if needed be!
