I'm partway through planning my midplate for my case, using @JordanMac 's guide

I was finding it hard to create a design, but finally came up with this. I'm trying to keep it simple so that it goes with the rest of my build. So, anything you think I should change or add?

This is the top (White light will shine through the white parts)

This is the front of it (It bends over the PSU to hide cables and the lighting plate)

For my pertinent links to guides, reviews, and anything similar, go here, and look under the spoiler labeled such. A brief history of Unix and it's relation to OS X by Builder.

Nice dude

I'm thinking of printing out the designs on sticker paper and then painting over them and removing it. The guy I spoke to near me that has a laser machine quoted me £100 to do it which is way more than I wanted to pay. I've ordered some scrap acrylic to test how it's going to work. I'll update you once it's taking shape.

EDIT: I'd also have to buy a mouse sander as I can't find anyone I know that has one. And thanks

yeah £100 is about the same as i was quoted, the sticky paper is good though the Chinese writing might be a bit of a ball ache :)

Yeah, I was trying to work out how to do those. My choices at the moment are to make the Japanese symbols bigger or to buy some resist paint and do them by hand.

I should get it done. Just realised I turn 19 next month, so I may get enough money to complete it in March.

That sounds good. I like the idea of the 90 degree motherboard, I love how those look. Maybe use a tinted window like the Corsair Obsidian series? What colour scheme are you going for? I'm a sucker for black and white/silver, hence my build.

Purely white I guess. I didn't have any other colours in mind maybe a bit of black and red and a hint of gold
