Can't clone my C drive

I am trying to clone my C drive from an M.2 to a new bigger M.2 and when I change the drive size, when I boot from it I get an error but when I don't change the size so it's an exact clone it works fine.

What can I do?

Did you change the partition size after the clone in disk management? Or during the clone with macrium reflect? Try doing so in disk management if you haven’t. It should reboot fine when you do.
