Gpu crashing

Balto16

recently i take out my old gtx titan (original) and placed in a build, unfortunately the graphic during high loads crash and just stop sending signal.

i used msi afterburner to limit the power consuption to 80% and 70c as max temps

the temps in standby runs at 46C that is ok

the graphic card crash couple of seconds after start 3dmark

the specs are

I7 2600

16gb ram

the gtx titan

600W  PSU

my next idea is to limit more the power consumption to see if there is any problem with that (i dont think) or to reflash the bios of the gpu. any idea?

Sounds like power delivery, how many amps is your power supply? I believe that card needs somewhere around 42. If power isn't the problem you might update to or rollback the driver?
