Windows Boot freezes

Hello,

i've recently built my own pc together adn everything seemed to work, my bios showed me that CPU and Ram are recognized, same for the SSD and HDD. Now when I boot windows from a usb flash drive, it just loads for 1 second and then just freezes. If you need any more info you can ask me

PS: I'm new to all this pc stuff, first Built I am making

System specs? How did you create the installer? UEFI or legacy mode?

 

As with any new build, start by updating the BIOS to the latest version.

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)

Processor: Intel i7-9700k @ 3.6GHz
Ram: Corsair D416GB 3200-16 Veng. RGB PRO 
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC, LGA 1151 Mainboard 
SSD: Samsung MZ-V7S500BW SSD 970 EVO Plus 500 GB M.2 Interne NVMe SSD (bis zu 3.500 MB/s) 

I used the windows tool and also tried the official usb stick taht came with my windows copy I bought.

prolly wrong cas latencies set or the mem controller cant keep up with it , as it tries to load stuff into the ram it freeze
