Anywhere to pay in increments for parts ?

Are there any websites that basically let you finance parts over the year or something ?

A lot of stores will do this. Even Amazon has companies that would finance you, but most will have lousy terms (high interest, pay too much at the end)

There's banks that have credit cards with programs that let you pay pack over the course of a longer period.

Some banks may have deals like "no fees or interest for the first 3 months", or "pay within 1 year with a small interest as long as you pay each month above some minimum percentage of total sum"

In my country there's banks that, provided you receive your paychecks in an account at that bank, will give you a credit card and they'll automatically take a part of the paycheck each month to pay for the stuff you bought on credit.

a lot of stores offer it, though there is generally a large "minimum" amount you want to spend to be eligible. but check their terms regarding late payments, fees and interest charges.
