Hello Guys, And Sorry If  This Is Not The Right Place For My Topic

I Need to Build a New PC Because the old one is gone due to a electricity Problem.

The Hard Discs Survived So The Parts That I Need to buy are motherboard and gpu and cpu

My Budget is Around 400 Dollars, is the Budget Enough for Good PC that can run the Best Games of 2013 to 2016

and my Resolution Monitor is 1600*900.

Thanks
