Is my cpu voltage normal?

I have core i9 9900k and aorus master z390 board and  psu rm850 psu checking my cpu voltage in bios it says 1.248 v is this normal?

If you haven't touched the voltage settings at all or they're in "auto" mode or whatever, anything it reports is fine.

 

EDIT: If you're really worried though, Intel says the maximum VCore the processor can be is 1.52V (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000032392/processors/intel-core-processors.html)

That seem fine to me any where around 1.4 or more on intel is a little much unless you are doing extreme overclocking with ln2
