So let me know what you guys think and also what would you recommend next?

I was thinking of a custom water loop for the CPU.. and eventually when i get new Graphics cards adding some GPU blocks..

what Parts would you recommend? i haven't done water cooling before so i have no idea what to buy or where to look...

Note: i'm a Aussie :P

Also i will upload some more pics later of it at night :D

I personally don't think messy cable management is bad if you can't see it (so it's either behind the mother board or you don't have a window) and it doesn't mess with air flow. That said, the red wire visible through the fan mount on the right side of the case bugs me :P Other than that sweet build.

  • 2 weeks later...

hey all..

thanks for all the replies...

I was away for just over 2 weeks and just got back.

I personally don't think messy cable management is bad if you can't see it (so it's either behind the mother board or you don't have a window) and it doesn't mess with air flow. Thanks, Just noticed that.... will have to move it :P.

I have seen water cooling systems done in the CM690II before without much issue... I was even looking at a top mounted Radiator then running the pipes back into the case through the provided holes (there are 2 above the rear 120mm FAN)

A can of air duster will help that case alot..

I just ordered some :)

I loved my 690II, you should get the clear side panel to show off your rig instead of the regular one.

Sadly i am in AUS... and i can't get one... would love one though

Is that a cup warmer on top of the case? Nice build but looks a bit cramped for a decent water cooling system. Those things can be pretty big with the reservoir, piping, pump and radiator unless you go for the pre-assembled kits.

it's a USB hub and Card reader...

Very pretty!!! :D and love that sexy cpu cooler :)

That cooler is a beast. Looks great!

It does look good and perform well.... thanks
