Is there some point to optimization on single patch when next one has 50% chance of breaking everything?

There is no enemy. The foe on the battlefield is merely the manifestation of that which we must overcome. The doubt, and fear, and despair. Every battle is fought within. Conquer the battlefield that lies inside you, and the enemy disappears like the illusion it is.

Who has the best guide for Pro?

All guides that promises universal solutions are bad. You should optimize system for yourself. If you're using lot of graphics tools, for example, converters, raw manipulation tools, image processing, then probably best for you will be load few heavy programs at start to speed up your work later. This slow down boot time, but it's not important since you optimizing system for your work, not for booting empty system.

If you're person who install lot of stuff and security is important for you, you should probably set all kind of updates to auto and increase bandwidth reserved for them. But again - it may slow down your other computer experience since network traffic will be highly used.

If you want to made your computer boots faster and that's all you need, you don't really need any optimizations - Windows gives you fast boot.

If you want your program executes faster a little (sometimes even more) - uninstall all antivirus software, disable defender, disable all protections you can find in security section and disable all updates - you may even use 3rd party tools for that. Of course you'll be unprotected against any threats, but your computer will run faster.

The only tuning I know that works for everyone (with SSD) is to disable startup delay. Rest depends on what type of optimization you want.
