Processor for 2nd pc,streaming

I have 2 PC's ,one has a 2 core 4 thread processor with gt710 you and the other has a 2 core 2 thread processor with a weaker gpu,my question is ,can I use my first pc,the one with gt710 to game and the other one to stream,the game I will play and stream will be fortnite only,I have a 22 Mbps upload speed,and 25 Mbps download speed.
