error code 43

so i just started my PC up and noticed that my res was 1024x768 so i went to change and realised that i couldn't go to 1080p. i looked at device manager and noticed that it said error code 43. i have done everything. reinstall drivers, fresh install and just disabling and enabling. i have followed multiple guides and nothing has worked. I have a gtx 780 on the newest drivers. i have backrolled to various versions of drivers and that doesn't work either. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Do you have access to another card to test? I wonder if your card is dying.

iirc 43 is dead hardware or driver borked

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
