Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
Gpu: RTX 2070
Mobo: B450M Gaming Plus

Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB

OS: Windows 10 Pro

I have 8Gb ram as hardware reserved and i have no clue how to fix it. I've watched every tutorial from unticking that special box to diagnosing the ram through windows. Nothing has worked. Anyone got any other recommendations?

Can you better explain what you've tried already?  The "unticking that special box" sounds like a sex move.

Are you using the 2nd and 4th slot?

And have you tried them one at a time?

Mobo only have two ram slots. It doesnt work if i only use one Ram.

It won't work in either slot?  How many 1 stick configurations did you try?  1st stick in 1st slot.  1st stick in 2nd slot.  2nd stick in 1st slot.  2nd stick in 2nd slot?

I've only tried one stick next to the cpu, so far.

How can this resolve my issue?

We are testing for a bad stick or bad slot.

Have you checked the slot for foreign debris?  Was there any debris in the CPU socket?

Dont think there is anything wrong with the sticks. Both motherboard and speccy can reconize them. But i think i've found the issue. Its the combatability.

Cant find my motherboard on G.skills website and i cant find my current ram on msi's qvl list.

Damn...
