This update contains quality improvements. Important changes are:

    Resolves an issue that prevented some websites with the gov.uk extension that do not support HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) from being accessible with Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge.
    Resolves an issue where the installation may fail with the "0x800f081f - CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING" error.

Note

After installation, the OS build is 18362.116.

Known issues in this update
Symptom Temporary solution

After installing this update, error '0x800705b4' may occur if Windows Defender Application Guard or Windows Sandbox is started.

Use the credentials of a local administrator to create the following registry keys on the host operating system, and then restart the host:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Containers \ CmService \ Policy]

"DisableClone" = dword: 00000001

"DisableSnapshot" = dword: 00000001
Windows Sandbox may not start due to the "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)" error message on devices that change the operating system language during the update process of installing Windows 10, version 1903. Microsoft is working on a solution and will release an update a future release.

There is actually quite a bit more...

  • Windows Sandbox (Only for Windows 10 Pro and higher)
  • Extended Windows Search
  • New Settings
  • More standard apps are now uninstallable
  • Windows update changes

All systems work fine, but my ASUS Transformer refuses to update to 1903 for some reason, alleging compatibility issues. Great...

Here are some new features of Windows 10 Version 1903
  1. One of the most visual new features you will find is a new “Light Theme” that gives Windows a clean and, well, light look and feel.
  2. Cortana and Search are Separate.
  3. Enhanced Search Mode.
  4. Pause Updates for Windows 10 Home.

  • 2 months later...

I don't know what is happening...but Windows Focus Assist automatically turns on. I have to manually turn off the focus assist.

This happened when I installed Windows 1903 update
