Water cooling tubing order

Flowroro

Specs are: RTX 2070 8700k 5.0ghz @1.37 volts. Temps are aburdly high cpu at 60-70c and 60-65c after gaming for an hour. my pre watercooling loop with an aio on cpu my temps were around 55-60, gpu on air was exactly the same, 60-65. maxed 5x vardar fans these are the temps, pump is maxed too. Ive reseated my gpu block once already thermal paste confirmed not the issue, could be the thermal pads that ek gave are too thick and causing too much leverage, i changed the screws to the small one after using the middle sized ones for the backplate, all correct screws in use confirmed now, could it be my tubing is wrong? any suggestions appreciated. 240+360 rad.
