Back Sound Port Limits Sound

Hi.

I have an issue with my back audio/sound port.

When i connect my speakers/headphones to the back port, my headphones/speaker crashes when the music or game or whatever is really loud than it uncrashes when its not loud. The music doesnt stop it continues. I cheked to see if the headphones or speakers stopped working but they didnt so i assume a software issue.

please help me

If you have front panel sound ports can you go ahead and test those?

how updated is your motherboard audio drivers?

they work but i dont use the audio one because if i move the jack left or right it will turn off the audio/sound the front one is broken by physical damage it works tho

idk 

Foxconn stopped suporting my motherboard so the last audio driver was in 2011

i have the latest realtek audio manager

 

but i cant open it or see it in control panel its just on task manager i dont even need it i use it only for noise removal on my mic
