I don't see any damaged or missing pins, so I think you should be ok. Just carefully get CPU unstuck from the block and put it back in. Don't forget to lift the retention arm up on the CPU socket first.

I can't see any pins missing in that photo. Looks like it's undamaged.
In future give the cooler a little twist back and forth before lifting off to break the tension of the thermal paste between the CPU and cooler. I've heard it might help if you warm it up first by running the system for a little bit as well.

 

Why not just stick it back in the system and see if it works?
