Low memory (RAM) usage in Planet Coaster

Hi,

 

i have i5 8500, vega 64, 8x2 ddr4 @2666mhz cl 12-14-14-32.

 

I installed planet coaster and im having terrible frame rates, i noticed low RAM usage for a startegy/sim game of just 5GB.

 

i googled the usage and some say it ranges from 7 or 8 up to 16GB.

 

i dont have similar issue with other games.

I doubt it's ram. That cpu utilization at 86% means that it's getting hit quite hard.

Seems to me that the CPU just can't keep up. Games like Planet Coaster are known to be quite cpu intensive because simulating all those visitors is a hard task.

Also it's known that once you hit i think 30k visitors the game engine starts having trouble and framerates go down regardless of the CPU you have.
