First one is basic cheap clone cooler. Its sold under many brands, some using fake reviews. It has only single fan, and quite loose fins (much space in between them). That being said, I checked some legit review about these. Conclusion was that they look good, but performance and noise aren't better than known brands in same price range.

Second is interesting looking. Usually down-draft coolers use square frame fans which are exactly size of heatsink. This one has bigger fan than heatsink. I would avoid if you are looking for performance in small size and look at some known brand instead. If you have money to blow, I'm interested of hearing testing results (my dream of doing sketchy cheap fans/heatsink reviews).
