Phone screen switching

So, first of all I want to start with, I know my idea is insane and just dumb overall, now to the question.

I used to have the LG V10 as my daily driver phone, but then I got a new shiny galaxy s8+.

I dont like my s8+ and I am with it for a long time now, and I had enough.

My question is, where can I find an oled screen that can connect to the LG's connector nicely.

Fitting the screen to the body of the phone is not the problem currently.
