SATA SSD to NVME OS Clone

Can I clone a 860 Evo to this?: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RCM6DXK/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1UVTGP6WV0D1P&psc=1&pldnSite=1

I know some drives structures are fundamentally different and don't allow for cloning at all, and I was wondering if this is the case here.

 

Also, what's the best way for me to go about this OS cloning?

Double check everything, I am usually wrong.

Give this a shot, this is how I did some migrations before. 

 

Open MSconfig -> Boot Tab - Boot options -> Check the Safe boot checkbox 

Shut down the system

Boot cloning software (Macrium Reflect Free works)

Clone -> Shut down -> Remove old drive

Boot OS -> Open MSConfig -> Normal boot -> Restart

 

Should be set after that.
