Noob question

So I'm gearing up to build my first custom loop, and have the aforementioned noob question. When I look at a GPU full-cover block, it has two holes, both going completely through the card. I want to "stack" several cards, so I need holes on both sides of the block, but how do I seal the side of the hole that doesn't have a fitting in it?

You have stops that screw into it.

You can also but fittings on both sides of the hole.

The reason why it goes straight through is that you can decide which way the tubes are facing. Or you can put 4 fittings on it as well.

 

As long as you have a config that allows water to flow through the block and not straight past it, it's fine.

as an alternativ: you could use a terminal like in "7 Gamers 1 CPU" with the right size/flow structure.

I suppose... Seems a bit overkill for my purposes.

Well, it doesn't have to be the 7-ways terminal, they also have 2, 3 and 4 way terminals. The other option for connecting multiple cards are fittings and tubes, but that can make installing the cards a pain in the ass because it's not one sturdy unit.
