Need help please!

I'm struggling here, tried everything. Pc randomly comes on for itself, fans spin up, leds turn on etc but no display, no mouse or keyboard working and mainly the power button isn't responding at all. If I unplug the system and plug it back in it turns on by itself and if unplugged to long it takes 15mins and then turns back on without responding. Pc also haven't been turning on at all for the past 3 days. Idk what else I can do right now, I tried everything. 

 

Ryzen 5 2400g

Evga 450w bronze power supply

2x4 teamgroup ram

Asrock a320m motherboard

1tb hdd

updated bios? that is 1 poor choice of a motherboard tbh.

Take off the front bezel to check for an issue with the power button itself.

Tried it; still nothing

try another power supply.

Tested power supply, its fine.
