I m using i5 8600K with GTX 1060 3GB its not giving 140+ fps ingame with lower setting.
should i buy 1660ti 6 gb? for more fps. coz i dont wnt to change my CPU so i m thinking of changing GPU.

no, it wont bottleneck. bottlenecking is just bullshit unless you have some crazy wierd hardware configs. 

 

dont overpay for a slower card when you can get a way better card for slightly more. like the one i linked.

this card you linked is a 1660. not a 1660ti. the one i linked were 1 of 2 1660ti cards within budget.
