Best remote desktop program

What is the best program to access another computer desktop interface with low latency and decent video quality? I'm currently using vnc but it's a bit slow and can't show a video being played on youtube for example.

Unfortunately any RDP application you use is going to have a low fps + dropped frames because most of the data packets are carried over UDP realtime. The application/protocols aren't designed for video streaming.
