Old HDD to new PC

Hey everybody, I have a question.

I have an old HDD that already has an OS (Windows 7) and I want to install that to my PC that has Windows 10, I was just wondering if there would be any conflicts when booting if I install that HDD with Windows 7.

No there should be no problems. If your system does boot from the wrong drive you can change the boot priority in your BIOS

What I do is use a USB HDD docking station($15) and remove old system files. These docking stations even work with 2.5" SATA SSDs so they are worth having for the price.
