so im thinking of switching from vaxeo ( fixed internet ) becouse it only offers 5mbs during the day and 20 at night , now before you say anything yes i know the latency but i just need it just for downloads quicker and i dont mind using my hotspot for multiplayer (mostly ps4)  and also its becouse ware im at sadly..

 

so i am wondering does anyone have it ? if so how are the speeds ?

Check their acceptable usage policy. Many satellite providers have one. Besides reductions in speeds, some times you have daily and or monthly usage caps.
