This sounds stupid. And I know it does. But uninstall the bluetooth drivers. Install the wifi drivers first and then install the bluetooth ones. Some intel cards refuse to work if installed in the wrong order.

when i reinstalled windows wifi wasnt on here and bluetooth was. i installed the wifi driver onto my usb so i could get wifi. So i should unistall bluetooth and wifi drivers and then install wifi drivers and then bluetooth, correct?

That would be the best way to go. On a sidenote disconnect from the internet to avoid windows trying to get drivers through windows update that may mess it up.

Ok so you connect it by bt right?

Then you click disconnet and if you try to reconnect it fails? Is that correct?

yes, if i disconnect it, my gamepad will be off but on bluetooth settings it says "paired", and then i cant remove the device. and i wont be able to reconnect.

This is a dumb windows issue that many users experience. Windows for some reason does not correctly unpair certain devices. The way you can force this is to turn the adapter on and off by going into device manager -> right click and disable it then do the same and reanable it.

Oh haha. We have the exact same bt adapter and the exact same issues :p. Just right click the qualcomm qc and disable device then enable device. This will terminate any and all bt connectivity.
