low fps

So i got a new gpu yesterday, up until yesterday i was gaming on my intel hd530 integrated graphics, and so i averaged about 80 fps in csgo, now i have plugged in my gpu, installed all drivers, optimized all settings, yet i get no more than 130fps in csgo?

When at 1024x768 i should average at no less than 200 according to benchmarks?

I dont know how it is in other games since i don't have anything installed atm due to reseting my pc

 

Is there anything that is causing this? How can i fix this.

RX560 4GB

8GB DDR4 Ballistix Sports ram

Msi H110M VD-Pro

Corsair 450W

1TB western Digital Blue

I don't have anything running in the background, and i think that 8gb should be enough for cs

At idle w/o doing anything Windows suck around 3.5Gb

Even with that, ive researched several benchmarks for pc's with the same ram and same cpu and gpu, and they still average at about no less than 200-250. So this is weird

This is the ram usage with csgo running in the background....

get 8gb more ram so u can do dual channel and it can boost your fps by a ton

i have two 4gb sticks, it is running dual channel

Because i want to have the game running at high fps, i dont want it to be at  the same framerate i basically had before buying the gpu.

Your CPU is holding you back if you're aiming for that many FPS. Chuck everything to the lowest and you'll see a boost. From the benchmarks I've seen, 130-160 is pretty average for your CPU at high settings at that resolution.

i have everything on the lowest lol, so thats cool.

Your 2 cores is a bottleneck and your RAM speed isn't very high.  2133MHz isn't recommended for videogames, especially shooters where FPS makes the difference between a win and a loss.  2800-3200MHz is what's recommended, if you're able to purchase it.  If you're able to upgrade your processor, I've seen i5-9400F around $140-50 on the low end as of now and it gets amazing frame rates, especially bang for the buck, which's usually dominated by AMD and CS: GO is optimized for Intel, which'll help even more.
