Does Static Electricity Damage Phones?

I am the type of person who uses my phone in my bed. It is currently winter where I live and recently I bought a mink blanket which emits a lot of static electricity. I was just wondering whether it will damage the charging port, headphone jack, microphones and speakers on my phones.

The phones I use are the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the iPhone XS.
