So many NVidia driver updates

Why are Nvidia releasing so many driver updates recently?

 

Theres not a week that goes by that a driver update doesnt show up in Nvidia Geforce experience at the moment, im wondering why so many so often?

 

Anyone have any ideas?

You're on the "game ready" update train where they optimise drivers for new game releases. If that's too much, I believe you can switch to the "creator" schedule which is less frequent.

Nvidia releases an new driver every 2/3 weeks. Mostly to support the newest games and give the best experience.

Having mentioned the "creator" driver option, I actually bothered to look it up some more. Not seen any in depth game benchmarks yet, but this seems a good intro article:

To set it into that mode, on the driver update area of GeForce Experience, hit the three dots next to the download button and it gives you an option to switch there.

Most of the time it just a hotfix for another hotfix. Read the changelog and if you're relatable to the fixed issue you can try the new driver, else just ignore it.
