Specs:

Case: Gamdias Talos P1

Motherboard: Asus Prime Z370-A II

Ram: 16gb DDR4 2400 speed

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 Super locked

CPU: Intel Core i5 8400

PSU: EVGA 1300 G2 (I know it's overkill) 

CPU Cooler: idk the name but it's cheap

Storage: Intel Optane 16gb + 1tb HDD + 750gb HDD

Words of wisdom, parts sell quicker individually rather than altogether, check Craigslist or wherever you intend to sell the parts to get an idea for pricing or go for ~60% of new price ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

you shall have some hard time finding buyers for these unless you prices them aggressive (low)

Get on ebay and punch in each part, then check the box for completed sales. That will give you an accurate look at what each component is going for. 

Note that a local cash sale will be more money in pocket, since I think after all things said and done if the buyer pays shipping you're still losing about 13% to ebay in fees.
