need to hard reset a kospet optimus pro watch without settings option

i accidentally turned on dual screen on my kospet optimus pro smartwatch through the developer options, does anyone know how to factory reset or fix this as i set it to 4k simulated second screen and the whole screen became unresponsive. how do i factory reset without the settings menu?

Hi! Have you tried hold down the power button for about 15 sec'?
