My pc keeps frame dropping

I got my pc 2 weeks ago. 1660 with ryzen 5 2600. Everything was working smoothly until now. I play mafia 2 on max graphics and until now everything was always stable 60 fps. Now when i start playing it just warries from 20 to 30 to 60 for a bit and then lower nonstop. My gpu is going at 15 percent power and 40 degrees C. It sometimes jumps to 25 percent and the game gets to an unstable 50 to 60 fps and after a few seconds the gpu goes back to about 15 and the fps goes down as well. What can i do to fix thsi? Is it because i downloaded a bunch of games over the previous couple of weeks? I have a 1tb hdd and half of it is filled up with games.

Is this only a problem in mafia 2?
