depends on how you arrange the fans they will either push air through the fins or pull are through the fins but either way air must go through the fins some way

Hope I could help!

When installing the H100i or any Corsair cooler, which way do you put the fans? Are they supposed to blow air into the radiator?

Either way works; pull will be better for cleaning because you don't have to remove the fans to get dust out and push is pretty much the same performance.

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

Any way you want as long as they are the same :P Either direction on either side.  Which way you point them depends on where you want the air to go, blowing into the case or exhausting out.  Which side of the radiator they are on doesn't really matter.
