Can the RX 560 4gbvram can work perfectly inside a HP Compaq 8000 Elite pc?

This depends on multiple factors, but let's start here first: What form factor of the 8000 elite do you have, tower, SFF, or USFF?

No. Looking at the listing for your product on Amazon, I highly doubt the RX 560 would even fit in it. If it did fit in that computer I doubt the power supply would be able to supply enough power to run it. If it fits and functions properly in the computer it would still be a waste of money because of something called bottlenecking. Bottlenecking, basically, is when one part of your computer limits the speed or functionality of another. The cpu in your computer would greatly limit the speed of the RX 560.

Most graphics cards would be bottlenecked on your computer and, unfortunately, if you want to be able to play modern games well you would have to buy a new, modern computer. That computer of yours is very out of date. I hope this helps.
