how do i figuter out why my pc is louder today then it was before it use to not here it now i heare it go up down up down

check for spikes in usage via task manager, that might be caused by an app, if not maybe it's a driver fault?

You might want to clean the computer from the dust inside and maybe the fan is getting old and louder.

it is a msi board so i am using three control panel for it and i think what t is the fan sowfare in the control panell is a bit ruff on how it increase it for temp the cpu get to 85C at time aio  is on the way i was uisng stock heat sinkc it was a amd  chip 2600x

wow amd max temp is 90c go above it and pc lock up like mouse doint respond
