I am going to be getting enough money for the go ahead on a PC build. I want something that can run most newer games on high setting, but also need to be able to do some light video editing.

Budget is around $900-$1000 USD

No SSD, monitor,keyboard or os

Modular/semi modular ps

Windowed case

This is a good build, not all that different from mine. For 1300 I had an os, mouse, keyboard, and ssd added. OP give regard to this!
