Plese help me select good PS for 500 - 650 W. from list http://www.cosmo.md/category29/#231 price under 1300.

Consultant adviced me take XILENCE XP630R8, is it good model ?

It would with a more known brand PSU as they tend to be more reliable than these PSU (power supply)  its not a stupid question btw its a good idea to check before you buy the PSU.   @stupid_question

Tier B and above should be good

hint: language setting to Romanian. at Least that's a neolatin-romance language written with latin alphabet, so, much easier to understand for mere mortals than russian. : )

 

Xilence Performance A+ is your only option with cutoff value at 1300.
