WiFi doesn't work desktop

Hello so I have WiFi connected to my Desktop and the internet was very slow 20 minutes ago and now it just stopped working on my desktop. My internet works fine on other devices.

 

I have tried restarting my desktop and router multiple times.

 

What could the problem be?

What kind of WiFi adapter does your desktop have? 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
